Horrible customer service. Booked an appointment one afternoon and took that afternoon off from work. When they were late for 30 min, i called them and they end up making an excuse and claimed that the estimator is stuck in traffic and can not make it to the appointment for a quote. That is such a lie, you are stuck in traffic at 2PM? and Can not make it later on that day? Just be careful in dealing with them, if they are unprofessional on appointments, imagine when they start working on your home ( they might not even finish the job!!)
